What is the cost?

The cost for our program backed by a guarantee is $375 for one year, $700 for two years, or $975 for 3 years. If your home did not qualify for the guarantee, then the cost is $150 per year for an annual inspection.

My program ended, now what?

You can renew at the end of your term so long as we determine your home still qualifies for the program. This will be determined at your last annual inspection.

What if my home has an active foundation repair warranty?

We will still evaluate and cover your home with an active warranty. Most foundation repair warranties will not cover issues outside of the areas of those repairs, and no one is coming to monitor those repairs as well. If issues do arise at your home, the foundation repair warranty should be pursued first.
